Period properties were built with breathable, traditional materials and they need work carried out in the same spirit. Heritage plastering isn't about the quickest fix — it's about understanding how the building was made and choosing repairs that sit comfortably alongside centuries of original fabric.

I work carefully on period and listed buildings across West Sussex, matching lime mixes, finishes and detailing to what's already there. The aim is always the same: strengthen and protect the building without erasing its character.
